Order Processing & Shipping Costs

  • Processing Time: Allow 2–5 business days for order processing. During high-demand periods (holidays or promotions), processing may take up to 6 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat $6.99 shipping fee applies to all orders, regardless of location.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 8–14 business days

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10–16 business days

  • Other Locations: 14–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to high-volume seasons or customs processing.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Tracking Updates: It may take 1–3 business days for updates to become active.


International Shipments & Customs

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the customer's responsibility.

  • Customs Delays: We’re not liable for delays caused by customs processing.


Changes or Cancellations

  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase by contacting service@kitovaa.com. Orders in processing cannot be modified or canceled.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: Send a photo within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.

  • Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms the item is lost, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
