  2. If approved, we’ll send you:

    • A return shipping label.

    • Instructions on how to return the item.

Important: Returns without prior approval will not be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Check your order upon delivery.

  • If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately for a resolution, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

International Orders (EU Customers)

  • 14-day return window for EU orders.

  • Conditions:

    • Unused items in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.

    • This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
